Original artwork may require additional preparation and packaging before shipment.

Because original artwork and custom, commissioned pet portraits are created or selected specifically for each collector, these sales are final.

If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 7 days and include photographs of both the artwork and its packaging.
